Dr Tushar Patel has given me a new smile and I could not be more grateful, not only was he very professional and amazing at his craft but he was also polite and thoughtful. I’ve always been a bit hesitant on having cosmetic work done on my teeth but with Dr Patel’s guidance and attention it became very calming. I was assured that the composite bonding smile fast that I was treated with would give me more confidence as before having this done I was very self conscious about my teeth and having this treatment has allowed me to smile more freely and Confidently. After my first consultation, I came away feeling really well informed about the treatment I need to have and was given a thorough treatment explanation with several options and good information about what is important to do to avoid a problems going forward and how to avoid further treatment that would rack up a massive bill in years to come. The surgery is furnished with state of the art equipment for the best treatments available. Tushar is very friendly and practical welcoming dentist with a wealth of knowledge and expertise. He has a very friendly and professional approach. The staff are very dedicated and helpful. It is not so easy finding a good Dentist however Balham Smile is in a league of its own.
I am truly amazed at the service the whole staff has provided..All of them from the reception all the way to the dentist Dr. Pattel are very friendly and helpful. Iam so grateful to Dr. Pattel for explaining everything to me clearly ...for offering to fix my old broken denture even though i ask him to make me a new one. I recently went for a polish with Dr Tushar, I’ve always had pretty straight teeth on the top but had white marks left from when I had braces. I asked what I should do as I was always pretty conscious about them.I was considering going to turkey as I didn’t want to spend £5000+ on getting them sorted in the U.K. Dr Tushar mentioned that he’d be able to make them look great with composite bonding. At first I was hesitant as I know how much dentistry can typically be in England. I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for it, I asked if there was any appointments for the next day I was going on holiday the day after. They managed to squeeze me in and do the top 6 teeth, I honestly can’t believe how good they look and the level of service I received for a little over £1000, this has changed my smile completely, also changing my confidence. I’ve now got two friends looking to get booked in due to the results. Thank you soo much, it shows even in central London their are great people there that aren’t just after large amounts of money.Couldn’t recommend a better procedure.All the best and see you in the near future for a polish!
Terrible service. They haven't had a dentist for years only hygienist. Can never get an appointment, the Receptionist is fairly rude. Last time I went about a certain tooth they told me nothing was wrong with it, and that I had wasted an appointment, 6 months later, said tooth is extremely black and so painful I'm in tears every time I eat. Oh and guess what they don't care and won't see anyone. If you go private with them for one appointment they take you off the nhs list.
An absolutely wonderful team, who supported my son age 13 thru a couple of appointments. There is a genuine fear of the unknown, but once informed the team kept him updated, were really honest and made our whole experience so much better. This was done by talking to him as a real person, not talking down to him or declaring him irrational!The second appointment was easy to manage because he knew what to expect so I could maintain trust and he even went willingly!!! This team went out of their way to engage and encourage him to trust them. The premises are as you expect - clean and warm, good location and easy to get to.Well done and a massive thanks.
I believe the service on this clinic it's good, but since I registed my daughter (7months) I never got a appointment for her, just have being advise by phone at 4 months a go with prescription of ibuprofen and paracetamol, and my daughter have been worse day by day because she's need to be see it by a pratice dentist. I try to book a appointment day by day since, and nobody pick the phone. It's a good service?? Well...judge by your common sense. Thank you
This dentist is a joke they have kicked my daughters off their books because of missed appointments in the first year. Who in there right mind takes a child with no teeth to a dental appointment. Service is terrible and so are the staff, rude and unhelpful I might as well be using an automated service. The shame is that children in the UK can't get the dental treatment we all pay tax for. This is a joke and they are ripping us off

Amazing service, my son broke a tooth and they got him in the next day , Nicole was lovely. Very reassuring, gave us lots of advice and information. They rebuild his tooth same day, nicloe took really good Care of my son, very grateful.All the staff were very lovely and approachable. Very clean and welcoming clinc. Would highly recommend!

Changed to this dentist when I moved into the area. I can honestly say this is the best dentist I have been to. Easy to get an appointment, amazing staff and very clean. Fahad is the best dentist I have ever had and absolutely amazing with my children (10 years and 2 years). Could not recommend enough .
Brilliant clinic! The receptionist was so friendly and so informative prior to booking my appointment, and was also so quick responding to emails. I then saw Dr. Patel to remove a wisdom tooth, both him and his assistant were fantastic. I’m a VERY nervous patient but they were both very supportive and answered all my questions and made me feel so calm. Procedure was completely painless and done so so well. Aftercare instructions were clear and thorough. Their prices were so reasonable too. A fraction of what I’d been quoted at another practice nearby. I highly recommended them! Great with my young son who was with me too who is now signed up as a patient with them! They found time to speak to him about the importance of brushing his teeth etc and he’s now excited to visit the dentist instead of scared!
Great experience at Colindale Smile Clinic, from booking stage to the end. The doctor and nurse have been understanding, compassionate and reassuring during the whole process of extracting my tooth. The most enjoyable non-enjoyable place to visit. Dynamic duo saw to it that my painful experience was completely pain free. Receptionist took payment and signed me up for more misery in the most polite and friendly way. Cannot fault this practice.

Recently came in for an appointment with Dr.Lalli, where I had some work done to my teeth he has done an impeccable job and it was overall a pleasurable experience throughout the procedure, professional from start to finish and top care from the dental nurse Frankie assisting.
Just been for a check up with Karam haven’t been for a while not a kind of place you chose to go a dentist. In this case fantastic service from reception to the nurse that took me through to Karam he was brilliant checked over and a chat even though it was 19:30 no rush at all. I would like to say I would highly recommend this surgery Sheka is excellent I am a very nervous patient she always puts me at ease I went today with issues her assistant was lovely also. I have been going to this surgery for a long time now all the staff are lovely & caring. The surgery has helped me to overcome my anxiety & fears of dentists. I might add I use to have a real phobia due to that I went years not seeing a dentist.
We were impressed with the care given when my wife attended the clinic today. The assessment carried out was excellent so was the information that was provided to us -which was detailed and made it easy for us to make appropriate decision.
I always arrive on time for my appointment but I have always had to wait 15 minutes or more before I am seen. It would be nice to be shown the courtesy of an apology and an idea of how late the dentist is running.
I had a tooth extraction by Jashme assisted by Nurse Gosha. Both were exceptionally professional. They knew I was a very anxious patient and went above and beyond to keep me calm and assured. The procedure was doneWithout me experiencing any pain. I’m eternally grateful to them.

I’ve used this dental practice for more than ten years. I’ve never had any reason to complain. They’re very courteous helpful always. Dentists change but excellent treatment always.
I was super nervous for a treatment I had today due to various reasons and the dentist Zuha Kossaibati and her dental assistant were amazing. I think she is the best dentist I have seen at the practice in a long time and I have been going to this practice since it was family owned and there was a star trek space ship hanging from the ceiling (if you know you know!). Receptionist is really sweet and friendly too.
The dentist was nice.Waiting area looks good and clean.Not disabled friendly and accessible as no ramp, plus the step into the HSC is very high so I had to painfully close up my mobility scooter in the pouring rain which then kicked off my crippling pain. This is making me consider going to another dentist that is accessible with a ramp or very low step so I don’t have to experience that again.
Nice experience very helpful and very pleasant staff I felt at ease and confident about treatment . Very professional I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist I’m very pleased I found them .

This dental practice has to be the best I’ve ever attended. Dr Hamish Joshi has gone above and beyond all expectations. The team as a whole are welcoming, lovely and so helpful. I have been coming to Dentoral since lockdown. Unfortunately I have the first stage of gum disease, so I have regular deep cleans for my teeth. Today, I visited and had a deep clean done by the hygienist Karina and Haleemah the nurse. They were both really lovely. I have a hearing loss in both ears and wear hearing aids, they took this in to account and spoke in a loud clear voice.A deep clean can at times be painful, but the hygienist Karina kept stopping and starting which I thought was very thoughtful. She was very informative about how I should brush my tooth and recommend interdental brushes. My teeth and gums feel very clean and healthy.Thank you for a great service!
Amazing service as always.Me and my family are registered to Dentoral and I can not fault the service.The receptionist are always so helpful and happy and the dentist take their time to listen to your concerns.I had a referral for my wisdom tooth from Dentoral which was done so smoothly.My daughter looks forward to going to the dentist because they are so child friendly.I would highly recommend this place especially if you looking for a NHS dentist that actually has appointments and takes time to get to know their patients.Great job Dentoral!
Lovely friendly and helpful staff, from the receptionist to the professional Dr. Had problems with old fillings. Everything was thoroughly checked and Dr even worked through his lunch hour to fit me in for the repairs! Which was completed, gently and with total care and comfort for the patient.Surgery itself is very up-to-date, clean and with a calming ambience.
Had a appointment today at 01:40 the guy that saw me tapped my tooth till the filling has now slightly cracked put me in pain and told me I have too pay £200 for removal even tho I'm NHS and my original dentist said its free too remove my tooth or fill it he's trying too charge me now I'm home stressed out usely there amazing and lovely resiptionist and dentist but he was very judgmental and very rough making me even more scared of the dentist ill be telling my pherepst
Oddly when I booked the appointment, the receptionist couldn't give me a price guide... which I thought was odd as an NHS patient there are obvious proce scales for a consultation. I did say that I needed a filling, but she said I couldn't get one in the same day (and I knew that I REALLY needed a filling)... anyway... on the day perfect... I am a nervous patient... and thr dentist was ABSOLUTELY LOVELY! She did her best to keep me calm, asked where the nervousness came from (not many dentists do!) and she talked me through everything that she was doing. She did do the filling on the same day. When you have issues from dentists of the 70's... it is a massive effort to get through the door!
As always my cousins experience was amazing care friendly dentist and nurse solved my problem always makes you feel comfortable and settled although the receptionist was quite rude saying my cousin must be able too read and wright as he's done the forms online just presuming when I realty I do his forms and reviews basically embarrassed him in front of other waiting patients but best dentist around
When ever I visit, I do get a cleaning of my teeth. This time ididn"t get one. When I visited last time which was 2 or 3 three years ago, the surgeon promised me to refer to the hospital for an operation. But I never received any letter from NHS regarding that operation. Yesterday , the dental surgeon was talking about that operation. In addition another 2 teeth to be removed, the dental surgeon mentioned. In summary the dental surgeon mentioned all 4 teeth to be removed. Those teeth are the one used for chewing. If all removed, how I going to eat. I was bit confused and worried about the situation I am in. I have pain and I can't sleep.
I get extremely anxious when visiting the dentist, consequently I've not been for many years. I was booked in for an hour consultation and very nearly cancelled at the last minute, so glad I didn't. I saw John who was brilliant, talked me through everything, I was very relaxed by the time my appointment was over and I have booked future appointments for work to be carried out, highly recommended practice, all staff were friendly and very helpful, thank you 😊.
We have been going here for over 30 years . Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Dora the hygienist is efficient but at the same time puts you at your ease and gives you words of encouragement. We have total confidence in Doctor Mary Patterson who is always very professional but kind and gives the patient confidence. For dental requirements we would not go anywhere else, and even after moving 22 miles we prefer to travel back to this surgery.
Been here since I was a child. Service is generally good, considering it's a busy NHS practice. Can be difficult to get hygiene appointments, otherwise I've never had problems getting check ups and so on. My current dentist is very good; quick but thorough.
Reception staff are efficient and courteous and seem to be a happy team! I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment. The dental nurse yesterday was friendly (sorry didn't catch her name) and Dr Joe Moore is always thorough and explains everything well. Just had a check up yesterday but previous treatment has been very good. Would definitely recommend Staffa Lodge and know I'm fortunate to have a good NHS dentist in Suffolk!
Friendly, clean, prompt and always happy to help. I remember the dental practices where I had to wait for up to an hour while looking at a fish tank to be seen. They are distant memories thanks to this practice.Amazing 1st class service here. :)
I really rate Staffa Lodge. The receptionists have all been very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the treatments provided by Dr Jeyachandran have all been first rate. I'm generally quite nervous about visiting the dentist but he always puts me at ease. I also really appreciate the long-term dental care advice provided in my appointments.
I have been using The Smile Clinic for all the 37 years of my life, and they have been nothing but amazing towards me and my family. They always give the up most respect to me, from the dental team to the dental receptionists. I always feel like family when I visit and the care and attention to my dental hygiene has been 100%. I can't recommend these guys enough nor will I ever consider visiting anywhere else. It's such a joy to see the team and friendly faces every time I visit.Thank you and keep it up.

Just finished my Invisalign journey with dr Mavani and it’s been amazing from start to finish. My teeth are amazing and so straight, he’s perfectly contoured my teeth and they are so pearly white. I couldn’t recommend him more, such a friendly face to see at each appointment and always has gone above and beyond throughout. Thank you for everything!
I have recently finished my Invisalign journey with 'The Happy Smile Company' and I am so delighted with the results. After neglecting my teeth for too long, Dr Mavani took me through the process of getting my teeth back to where they should be, which they now are (and better!). I had my first appointment with dr mavani yesterday I was worried because I Had to have 7 teeth removed! The whole process was done completely painless, dr mavani made the whole thing easy! I have my second appointment soon and after yesterday I’m not worried at all. All I can say is I can’t recommend dr mavani enough, really professional and a great bloke. The happy smile clinic 10/10
Literally the best dental experience! I came to Happy Smile Company in 2020 for Invisalign, the process was very quick and I had my aligners fitted within a month. Dr Mavani made me feel so calm. I’ve now finished my treatment and I couldn’t be happier, it’s the first time I’ve smiled without covering my mouth in years :) thank you soo much!
I have major anxiety when it comes to dentists. But Akash has been amazing, he understood my worries and calmed me down without me feeling stupid. He is extremely calm and professional. I used to be so scared of visiting the dentist but I've been with them for at least 10 years and I now look forward to the visits.Bhavin is fantastic and is not wrong when he jokingly describes his fillings as 'works of art'; Marcia is so welcoming and always makes laugh in the Hygienist's chair; and I've just spent a 18 months under the care of the brilliant Arti for orthodontic work. They are all genuine, lovely people, who really care about the health of my gums and teeth. I don't think you'll find a better team.5x huge gold stars, 100% recommended.
Arti has been great through my Invisalign process - answering my (lengthy and frequent) questions and providing a lot of encouragement. You can really tell that she genuinely wants you to achieve the best results possible and takes the time to explain the process in a manner that is reassuring and confirms that you are in capable hands. Now that the process is completed I will miss her warmth and humour at our regular check-ups.
I loved working with Arti. She was utterly thorough and pushed me to take the treatment seriously and was clear about the implications.She motivated me to commit - I’m thrilled that I chose to go down this route rather than another dentist I spoke to. It’s likely that I would not have got into the process so deeply with another dentist. She also cares about a successful outcome passionately and that helps you get on board with it - she is driven and lives her work. Her bedside manner is warm and engaging and I enjoy her company very much.

She really knows what she is talking about and she is very compassionate, friendly and professional. I would happily recommend this clinic. In fact i have done so, my sister gets her braces next week!
I recently moved and was looking for a dentist closer to home. I came across 53 Wimpole Street and decided to give them a try. I can confidently say that Dr Patel and his team provided the best service and care I have ever experienced at a dental practice.
