1. About this campaign
These Terms and Conditions govern the Smile Clinic Group "We are taking care of our smile. Are you?" summer campaign, running from 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026. The campaign is operated by Smile Clinic Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By submitting an enquiry or booking through this page, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
Offers are available to patients aged 18 and over at participating Smile Clinic Group practices in the United Kingdom only.
All offers are subject to a clinical consultation and are only available where the treating clinician considers the treatment to be clinically appropriate for the individual patient.
Smile Clinic Group reserves the right to refuse treatment at its clinical discretion.
Offers cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or NHS treatments.
3. Invisalign Spark — Save up to £1,000
The saving of "up to £1,000" applies to full Invisalign Spark Comprehensive treatment packages and is based on the standard recommended retail price at participating clinics.
The exact saving will vary by clinic, treatment plan complexity, and individual case requirements. The saving will be confirmed at your free consultation before any treatment commences.
This offer applies to new Invisalign Spark bookings made and confirmed — with deposit paid — during the offer period of 1 June to 31 August 2026.
Retainer fees after treatment completion are not included in the advertised saving.
Finance options are subject to separate finance agreement terms and credit approval.
4. Composite Bonding — Save up to £1000
The saving of "up to £1000" applies to composite bonding treatment packages and is based on the standard clinic price list at participating locations.
The saving amount will depend on the number of teeth being treated and the complexity of the case. The exact saving will be confirmed at your consultation before treatment commences.
This offer applies to new composite bonding bookings made and confirmed — with deposit paid — during the offer period of 1 June to 31 August 2026.
Composite bonding is not a permanent treatment. Longevity varies by patient and is dependent on lifestyle factors including diet and oral hygiene habits.
5. Free Smile Check
The free smile check is a no-obligation consultation of approximately 20 to 30 minutes with a qualified dentist at a participating Smile Clinic Group practice.
The free smile check does not constitute a full NHS or private dental examination, nor does it replace a routine dental check-up.
No treatment will be carried out during the free smile check without your informed consent.
One free smile check per patient per campaign period.
Appointment availability is subject to clinic diary capacity. Smile Clinic Group cannot guarantee specific dates or times.
Missed appointments without 24 hours' notice may result in ineligibility for the free smile check offer. Please note, this offer is applicable to selected clinics only, and Watford Smile Clinic is one of them.
6. Bookings and deposits
A booking deposit may be required to secure an offer. Deposit amounts will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, or if the patient fails to attend without notice.
Offer prices are locked in at the time of deposit payment, provided treatment commences within 30 days of the offer end date of 31 August 2026.
7. Campaign period and availability
All offers are valid for enquiries and bookings made between 1 June 2026 and 31 August 2026.
Smile Clinic Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring confirmed bookings already made.
Availability is limited at each clinic. Offers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Advertising compliance
All advertising for this campaign complies with UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines, the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) Code, and General Dental Council (GDC) principles.

9. Data protection and marketing
Smile Clinic Group processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Liability
Smile Clinic Group's liability in connection with this campaign is limited to the value of the treatment received.
Nothing in these Terms limits Smile Clinic Group's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Clinical complaints should be directed to the clinic manager in the first instance. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Dental Complaints Service or the General Dental Council.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
